Shame the Manchester gig's been cancelled... You'll have to let me know if you decide to go to the Nottingham date

Quite gutted about Paul quitting putting gigs on, he had a few lined up next year that I was really looking forward to but I can understand why considering he's lost about £1000 putting gigs on since September.
Im going to try my best to get to Vomit the Soul gig. I still aint been to a Clangestrim gig yet (or Satan's Hollow). Respect to the Gek for at least trying though. A lot of great shows have happened at Satan's Hollow via Clangestrim I've noticed (even I aint been to any yet, they have been cool lineups).
I hate Satans Hollow haha. Crap sound. Youve gotta keep back to hear propperly. But if you sit down the sounds too bassy. Stand with something infront of you, sound is too bassy. I hate the place.
The venue Incantation are playing Nottingham in is small, I'm really looking forward to seeing them in it. Hopefully there will be a decent turnout for it as well.

I've always liked it, never really noticed any particularly bad sound... in fact it's better than an awful lot of places *cough* the fucking Music Box!*cough* ... maybe my ears are just fucked from so many years of gigging and never wearing earplugs

There's a birmingham show booked so because that is much easier for me to attend, I'll be at that one. If I had a car, I would drive to Nottingham. lol

The Leeds Rio's website is listing the gig there as "postponed", the Manc date was binned due to Clanglestrim going out of business, the Brum date got moved to Edinburgh and the Notts date has moved venue at least once...
The Notts date is still on, though like you said it has moved venue... It's at The Central now.
I got a message not long ago from the organiser to say that they're not doing tickets just taking on the door... so I'm 99% sure it's still on. Looks like I'm going back up to Boro tomorrow though so I won't be there...
Phoned Leeds Rio's up yesterday and they said the Leeds gig is off, I can't get a lift to Notts so I'm missing Incantation this time around myself.
Ah well, suppose at least I have seen them before - and I'm going to see Diamanthian, The Belonging and Burial in Bolton on Saturday so that should be good.
