Downloaded The Weeding. Gonna order both CD and vinyl on my birthday.
I cant believe how good this is! Its a full on riff-fest. Vapourized is the best one for me, and the most memorable one. But the best moment of the EP is on Skull Full of Bong Hits. That opening groove is fantastic.
Its nice to see theyve gone on tour, and that theyve done three releases, because if this wasnt a propper band itd ruin it a bit, because i want to hear quality music, and hopefully see them live some day.
Phil told me theres an albums worth of material they're gonna work on so, lets hope that isnt far off
Love a bit of Cannabis Corpse, I can't wait to get my hands on The Weeding. I'm holding out on ordering till I know what the 'pro-stoner edition' they speak of is, but I'll be having to get it on vinyl.
Exactly my reasoning! I downloaded it last week but I've only listened to it once to save it for the vinyl arriving, but its hard to stop myself! lol Are you in touch with landphil btw? If so tell him to get their asses over here for a European tour!
Oh right, so they had an albums worth of material in december, yet only recorded a 4-track EP? Interesting....I wonder why? Money? Municipal Waste commitments? Or to use the EP to get themselves a record deal and save the other tracks for a new album? ...i wish :)
**** knows man haha. He told us sonme of the song titles too. The EP took ages to come out, i wonder why? But maybe they just released this to keep fans interested whilst they work on something bigger.
Yeah I heard that, they said in an interview I saw that it was like a maxi-EP or something like that as a taster for the new album, so I can't wait! They best not take too long with releasing releasing it this time!
